So my @GetSpectrum internet is kind of sh*t and sometimes my #philotv app lags. Well when it lags the pitch drops lower and I swear Satan is speaking to me from the tv...It’s creepy.

our cable wire fell out of our house so we haven’t had internet since 2pm and while it wasn’t a big deal before, the guy said (at like 5:30) he’d be here tonight to fix it and now it’s 9:40 and it’s not fixed why @GetSpectrum ??? why did y’all lie??? i’m so bored. 💔💔💔

And considering that we can only do curbside or carry out right now your phone service affects my bottom line if you think @GetSpectrum would be a better option since their internet service is much more reliable than your phone service just let us know Thanks

@Stingsgirl Yes it’s a shame but we will be switching to @GetSpectrum next week obviously @ATT does not have the capability to provide service to a urban area or has any intentions to upgrade the old lines in this area so it’s bye bye @ATTBusinessCare and hello @GetSpectrum

@GetSpectrum Why did a power cycle completely reset my wireless router, including the admin password? I’m holding you responsible if my network gets compromised because your routers have the lousiest defaults on the planet.
