Why can't I log into my Kaiser account? ›

There are several reasons why your user ID and password may not be recognized. To solve the problem, please try the following: Check for correct capitalization (user IDs are not case-sensitive, but passwords are case-sensitive). Make sure your computer's "Caps Lock" and "Num Lock" keys are off.

Employees may contact the Regional Human Resources Command Center at (855) 599-9922. Physicians may contact the TPMG Physician Benefits Team at (510) 625-6600. The EAP offers a free and confidential service for all Kaiser Permanente employees and their dependent family members.

How much PTO does Kaiser give? ›

Kaiser starts you off with 2 weeks PTO that you accrue for the first year. I have 11.5 years and get 5 weeks PTO. You can accrue up to 500 hours only. Vacation hours do roll over to the next year.

An HR portal is the employee interface in a Human Resources Management System (HRMS). In the portal or dashboard, employees handle HR tasks. (An HRMS is an integrated suite of HR software tools.) If you aren't using an HR portal, you are missing out.

MyHR is an enterprise system that is supported by Human Resources. The online system includes: Self Service, where employees can maintain and view payroll, benefits and personal information; access to myHR Learn and job postings; and more.

As a function of your HR portal, an employee portal is how employees access your organisation's HR department. It is where they can log in, see tasks, add information, request help or holiday and much more.

This ID is called the National User Identifier (NUID). The NUID is intended to be the one and only ID that you will eventually use to access all KP computer systems, eliminating the need to remember multiple sets of credentials.
