Wonderful prep for my favorite fish. So easy and with minimal seasonings. Did in my cast iron skillet, medium heat on my electric glass top stove, got the perfect sear, don’t go too high on the heat! Paired it with tiny sauteed gold potatoes and fresh sauteed spinach with garlic and a little sprinkle of parmesan, yum 😋 Thanks for this recipe.

I am thankful for this recipe. I am 53 and have recently been diagnosed with Autoimmune disorders including Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I also have Hashimoto’s thyroid disease. This starts a whole new journey for me. I looked up Cod recipes for my AIP conditions and this came up. I plan to make this tonight, for my and my husbands Valentine dinner. We both love ocean caught fish. I will post how it goes. I plan to make a nice salad. I also bought gluten free pasta (fettuccine) any suggestions for a good recipe for the pasta?
