The people are amazing! Real people who are customer oriented. It was worth the three hour drive for the purchase of our car. Once you make a decision they are quick with the paperwork and the detailing of the vehicle. They know the value of everyone’s time and we appreciated that! I have gone here numerous times and each time I am treated with respect and they always carefully explain what the issues are. If they have to order your parts they will get you in to do the fix as soon as the parts are there. They are great.

My wife bought a used Chevy Equinox last month. On driving away she saw that a warning message stating that the SIM card was missing. The Key fob needed a new battery. The windshield washer sensor was faulty and needed to be replaced. Two visits later, they installed a new card. Why wasn’t the car 100% ready when she bought it?

I was in the market for a new Chevy Truck. Benson Auto had the exact model I was searching for. I am from MA so I reached out to sales and spoke with Dan, who was not only informative but also provided answers to all my questions. I ultimately purchased the truck from Dan who went above and beyond and came in on his day off for me to pickup the vehicle. From Dan in sales to Keith in finance the experience I had was nothing short of excellent! This dealership provided exceptional customer service and made the travel from out of state worth it! I highly recommend doing business with Benson Auto Chevrolet in Franklin, NH. Salesman Bob Hines was very knowledgable of the vehicle, and went above and beyond to walk me through every aspect of the pre-owned truck I purchased. I was traveling from Maine, and Bob was both accessible and upfront throughout the entire sales process. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I recommend traveling to Franklin, NH to see Bob Hines, you will not be disappointed!

Had to get an oil change. The team at Benson's auto was polite n respectful. Showed up at before my scheduled appt time n they took my car right in. Got me situated n On my way. Wanted to check out the auto body shop I heard great things about. Used a gift card I received to Benson's. They didnt disappoint 😊💐 see you in 3 months or 3,000 miles.
